If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a straight forward Return and Refund Policy to make your experience smooth and transparent.

Refunds
Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized pieces are non-returnable, as are items damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at Support@bridalstudiobytm.com with your order details. We will provide instructions to complete your return smoothly

Returns
Inspection & Approval: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: If items are returned not in their original condition or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of return items.
